eine weitere Momentumspekulation, vielleicht auch etwas darüber hinaus, was man sich anschauen kann
hatte die schon länger auf der Beobachtungsliste, weil die technisch finde ich interessante Sachen machen
ich würde sagen mit einem selbst für vertretbar gehaltenem Stop Loss, sollten die Chancen nicht so schlecht gehen
hier geht es, nämlich, in 1. Linie denk ich nicht um 'Auftrag(svolumen) 'vs.' Bewertung', sooondern eher um 'Auftragsvolumen 'vs.' bisherige Umsätze'(die die letzten Jahre nie deutlich über $10,000,000 lagen), inklusive Psychologie(aka "was der Markt draus macht"), die Umsätze sind hier auch, relativ durchgängig, höher
das im Besonderen wenn das "weiter nach oben" ausgereizt werden sollte
Negativpunkt ist natürlich dass man gar keine Ahnung hat wieviel die davon, mindestens, abrufen werden
für eventuelles späteres nachprüfen: Kurs $1,32, 12.11.14

falls jemand Minenfirmen in Israel haben sollte, was wahrscheinlich unwahrscheinlich ist
mir scheint das nicht gerade schlau die Kühe sooo sehr zu melken, dass die irgendwann vielleicht gar keine Milch mehr geben
ich würd das mal eher unter 'learning the hard way' einordnen, aber ich finde es schon seeehr bezeichnend dass das in solchen Angelegenheiten offensichtlich so of nicht im Vorraus gemacht wird

ich hatte, durch Allana, mal den Eindruck dass man sich Israel Chemicals wahrscheinlich auch mal gut anschauen könnte, was nun vermutlich nicht mehr viel Sinn macht
dürfte sie aber vermutlich, wenn das durchgeht, dazu bringen, auch, mehr Resourcen auf Ihre spanischen Aktivitäten zu konzentrieren, was widerum für meine Highfield gute Nachricht ist/wäre

"The Israeli cabinet has approved a plan which could increase taxes on mining firms from the current 23% to between 46% and 55%.


In October, a government-appointed committee proposed a 25% tax after companies reach an annual return on investment of 14%, which would increase to 42% for a return above 20%.

The move would affect the country's largest mining company, Israel Chemicals, which excavates potash and several other minerals from the Dead Sea.

"They will almost certainly halt investments and reduce industrial activity in the Negev, adding that the proposals must be examined further."

Israel Chemicals said it will cancel the company's planned investments worth $657m and reevaluate a further $319m.

The company said it will transfer the investment monies to other operations around the world, near its magnesium facility to speed-up efficiency plans at its factories in the Negev.

Israeli Minister of Finance Yair Lapid, the head of the socioeconomic cabinet, was quoted by Reuters as saying: "We do not want to harm plants but rather ensure...that the money does not stay with the wealthy few but is returned to the public."

The Manufacturers Association of Israel asked the socioeconomic cabinet to reject the panel's recommendations.

Manufacturers Association of Israel president Zvika Oren was quoted by the news agency as saying: "They will almost certainly halt investments and reduce industrial activity in the Negev, adding that the proposals must be examined further.

"This is to prevent any possible damage to industry and jobs in the [southern] region."

The proposal is subject parliamentary approval. "

wundert mich, bei Dir, gar nicht
Du liegst wahrscheinlich schon mit Deiner 'Zielübererfüllung' weiter vorne, als was ich im ganzen Jahr geschafft habe

muss sagen ich bleibe trotzdem grundsätzlich lieber bei Sachen auf die ich mich für meine Verhältnisse vorbereite, und kaaann, auch wenn mehr oder weniger Momentumspekulationen/Sondersituationen nicht ausgeschlossen sind
prinzipiell "heilig" ist mir einfach dass man sich selber, in Ruhe, einigermassen drauf vorbereiten kann, und das e(twa)s für mich selber Sinn macht
hatte ja die letzte Zeit auch schon einige eingestellt(Open Text, Lomiko Metals, gestern Cornerstone Capital, Aegon NV und -weiss grad nicht mehr genau welche- Andere), von Denen die meisten glaube ich bis dato aufgegangen wären, ich aber an keiner Einzigen teilgenommen hab

Naja aktuell um die 300% im plus. Ich kann mir für 10 Min. Arbeit einen geringeren Ertrag vorstellen.
Das ist es jedenfalls, was ich immer mit "Effizienz" bezeichne.
Ich habe aber sicher nicht vor, hier bis 1€ zu halten. Dafür gibt es einfach noch zu viel Unsicherheiten. Die Frage ist, warum die überhaupt soviel bezahlen wollen, wo man doch heutzutage im Grunde nur lange genug warten muss, dann hat man die meisten Assets fast gratis.

ich habe absolut gaaar keine Ahnung davon, nur mal eine Anmerkung -selbst wenn die Absichtserklärung nicht abgeschlossen wird, ist die Chance wahrscheinlich nicht klein dass die Aktie, trotzdem, schon -"mehr oder weniger stark"- reagiert
platt gesagt -"kopfgetrieben", vor allem
wenn einem das klar ist, und man das in ein für sich akzeptables Vorgehen(maximal Chance/Risiko/SL) ummüntzt, dann vermutlich sehr interessant

Ich mag meinen Augen noch nicht so richtig trauen, aber die sind tatsächlich an einem Deal, ihre Assets für etwa das 15-fache der aktuellen MK, abzüglich 19mUSD Finanzschulden, zu verkaufen.
Das MOU ist natürlich erstmal unverbindlich, die DD kann bis März `15 laufen.

also in dem Falle meine ich wirklich reines News/Momentum/psychologiegetrieben
zum anlegen vermutlich nie
und die Aktie ging ja gestern auch ordentlich nach oben, aber eben auch unter kaum Volumen
was schon mal wieder ein Zeugnis für den Zustand des derzeitigen Explorermarktes ist, und das selbst "nur" solche Sachen schwierig/kaum(?) funktionieren

aber man darf sich solche läden zumindest mal notieren und in nem jahr wieder draufschauen.
das problem ist ja oft auch dass man vieles vergisst auf dauer.
