Brookemont Receives Exchange approval for the "Albany East" Hydrothermal Graphite Prospect in Ontario
http://www.brookemontcapital.com/s/NewsReleases.asp?ReportID…
Brookemont Capital Inc. ("BKT" or the "Company") (BKT-TSX.V) (BKTPF-USA) is very pleased to announce that BKT has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the acquisition of the 'Albany East' Hydrothermal Graphite Prospect. This prospect borders Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. (ZEN-TSX Venture) ground where they have recently made a significant discovery.
Conrad Clemiss, President of Brookemont states, "This is great news. We are the only company to recently announce ground in the area to receive Exchange approval, and therefore we now are able to aggressively move forward to explore and potentially develop this prospect."
Recently, (July 12, 2013) BKT announced that based on Geological Survey of Canada and Ontario Department of Mines aeromagnetic airborne data, a significant geophysical magnetic low anomaly is evident on the recently acquired "Albany East" Hydrothermal Graphite Prospect in Ontario. The magnetic depression outlined on the BKT claims measures over 1.5 miles (2.6km) by 1 mile (1.6km) using the scale on the aeromagnetics map. Please refer to map on the Company's website.
The airborne data, from Geophysics paper 3912, Constance Lake, Ontario, Sheet 42 F/16, published in 1967 and compiled by Lockwood Survey Corp., from 1965 to 1967, and completed for the Ontario Department of Mines and the Geological Survey of Canada, Department of Energy, Mines and Resources, outlines a magnetic depression (low) on the Company's ground similar to the magnetic depression that is associated with graphite mineralization on theadjoining Zenyatta Ventures' property.
Mr. Gregory Thomson, P.Geo., a director and QP of the Company stated, "Based on reviewing the limited data currently available, it is quite apparent that there is a magnetic low anomaly that virtually covers the entirety of the newly acquired BKT property. The underlying geologic formation is similar as the host formation in which Zenyatta made its recent discovery. While the formations and geophysical signature are similar in nature, much more work needs to be conducted to test the anomaly's mineral potential for graphite."

Torch River's Walker Lump/Vein Graphite Property Composite Grab Sample Yields Grades As High As 89.5% Cg in First Sampling Program
OAKVILLE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 11, 2013) - Torch River Resources Ltd. ("Torch" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TCR)(FRANKFURT:WNF)(PINKSHEETS:TORVF), is pleased to announce the results of its first grab sampling program on its Walker lump/vein graphite property located approximately 100 km west of Montreal. The Company's geologist, Ms. Isabelle Robillard, P. Geo., Qualified Person, recently carried out a site visit to collect the initial composite grab samples. The team directly assessed the visible graphite veins and extracted samples taken along the various veins. The purpose of the program was to assess the potential for high grades encountered across this mineralization region.
Based on subsequent analysis conducted by Activation Laboratories Ltd. (Actlabs) of Ancaster, Ontario using the IR process (Leco), the results confirmed the presence of a high quality lump/vein graphite mineralization. Ms. Robillard commented on the results as follows: "Graphite occurrence was observed during recent fieldwork (2013-06-21) from an ancient shallow exploitation pit on an easily accessible part of the property. The old pit and adjacent waste rocks pile exposed at least two sets of intersecting graphite veins, with thickness ranging from 2 to 10 cm. Vein material was sampled and sent to Actlabs in Ancaster. The laboratory returned the graphite assay value (89.5% Cg) that is reported here. One of the veins was followed at surface for at least 6 meters along strike and many small mine pits and trenches were found in the immediate area, indicating the presence of more graphite mineralization."
Paul Ogilvie, Chief Executive Officer of Torch commented, "We are very pleased with the grade of 89.5% Cg as is in line with lump graphite properties in Sri Lanka. The results are very encouraging as we work towards building a 100% lump graphite company. Our next steps will be to analyse the purity and upgrade the material to the highest purity possible, toward the 99.9 % Cg goal."........
