Kin will be paid a monthly fee of $8,000 for an initial term of 12 months and will be granted 600,000 stock options of the company, exercisable at 17.5 cents per share. The options will vest at a rate of 25 per cent per quarter from the date of the grant and will be exercisable for a period of five years. The agreement and the grant of options are subject to regulatory approval. Kin Communications and its principals collectively own 350,000 shares and 350,000 warrants of Graphite One.

Weil mir das hier bei WO immer wieder auffällt:
Ein gutgemeinter Rat an ALLE: Windows Vista war ein Flop und wurde von Microsoft schnell durch Windows 7 abgelöst. Seit Herbst 2012 (genaues Datum habe ich gerade nicht zur Hand) hat Microsoft den Support für Vista eingestellt - und das Wichtige: Es gibt seitdem keine Updates mehr (eventeulle Sicherheitslöcher werden nicht mehr gefixt)!!! D.h. mit Vista auf dem/den Rechner/n ist man ein gefundenes "Fressen" für Schadsoftware (Viren, Trojaner etc.). Da nutzt auch kein Virenscanner!
Man sollte immer ein aktuelles Betriebssystem nutzen (wobei ich Windows 8 nicht unbedingt empfehlen kann... - ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig)!!! Windows 7 z.B. wird meines Wissens offiziell von Microsoft noch bis 2018 untersützt und dafür gibt es regelmäßig Updates, die man unbedingt auch herunterladen und installieren sollte.
Gleiches gilt für Browser wie Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera oder wie sie alle heißen. Immer die neueste Version nutzen. Und auch Software aller Art (auch die Treiber für Hardware) sollte man immer aktuell halten.
Noch ein dringender Hinweis an alle Windows XP-User:
XP wird von Microsoft offiziell nur noch bis April 2014 unterstützt. Danach gibts keine Updates mehr!!!
--> Auch hier empfehle ich ausdrücklich bis spätestens April 2014 auf ein aktuell untertstütes BS umzusteigen!
