Wie schätzt du IVR bis Ende diesem Jahr? Ich beobachte diese Aktie seit einiger Zeit und will kleiner Position kaufen.

es sind dann auch solche zweifelhaften Äusserungen aus vermeintlich berufenem Mund, die in der Eile den Run befeuern:

=> pre covid kann hier gar nicht fundamental zählen ("probably the cheapest recovery play left"), weil sich in der Krise 2020 die Portfolio-Struktur und damit das Risikoprofil deutlich geändert hat (siehe oben): https://www.wallstreet-online.de/diskussion/1322575-11-20/mo…


So eine Behauptung kann man für den (immer schon) mREIT Annaly Capital Management (NLY) z.B. aufstellen, aber bei IVR mMn auf keinen Fall:




NLY notiert wieder um den Buchwert herum (wie eh und je) und IVR (als kleiner Wert) vor dem Run heute leicht drüber

Das war fundamental gerechtfertigt und so wird es nach diesem Hype mMn auch wieder kommen, wie auch schon zuvor im Juni 2020 (und Januar 2021):

dem Markt hat diese KE nicht gefallen. Auf der anderen Seite werden damit aber teure Zahlungen von Garantie-Dividenden der Verzugsaktien eingestellt:
