Wenn ich bei Comdirect den Chart anschaue scheint die Aktie von über 40 EUR im Hoch auf unter 0,10 EUR im Tief gefallen zu sein. Wie ich gehört habe gibt es gerade ein Private Placement und einige interessante Adressen gehen privat rein und wollen nach dem Desaster in der Vergangenheit mit neuem Team wieder positive Werte schaffen. Die Aktie wird in Kanada www.tmx.com unter dem Ticker: NAC gehandelt.

The transaction will create Brighton Energy Limited ("Brighton") a uranium focused explorer with title to 5,000 km2 of very well located and prospective ground that contains key geological structures and favorable rocks that are known to host or control the mineralization at producing uranium mines in the region. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, North Atlantic will receive consideration of Cdn$250,000 and a 20% equity interest in Brighton. Hast Du Dich mit der Firma beschäftigt und hast Fakten - egal ob positiv oder negativ - oder willst Du Dich nur lustig machen. Wenn Du Fakten hast bist Du herzlich willkommen, aber sonst lass lieber die blöden Kommentare.

Der Chart bei Comdirect ist nicht richtig wie es ausschaut. An der TMX habe ich einen gefunden mit einem Höchstkurs von rund 5 CAD:

Ihr könnt Euch ja gerne nach einem Putt umschauen und andere Sachen machen.

Wahrscheinlich sitzt Du in Buxtehude (die Einwohner von dort mögen mir bitte verzeihen - ist halt eine Art Redewendung) und kennst niemanden aus dem Bereich. Ich treffe laufend die entsprechenden Leute und die haben teilweise vor dem Komma in USD ein Vermögen mit 9 Nullen und da steht keine 1 davor. Aber klar, Du gehst jedes Wochenende mit Warren Kaffeetrinken

Ich habe hier auch nicht gepusht, ein Kursziel ausgegeben oder ähnliches gemacht - also bringt selbst mal Fakten.

Schön für dich wenn du permanent Milliardäre triffst. Wieviele Stellen vor dem Komma hat dein Konto denn. Also lass doch diese Sprüche und Beleidigungen aller Art.

Als Threaderöffner sollte man über einen vorgestellten Wert wirklich etwas mehr bringen als ich habe gehört.

Noch ein kleiner Nachtrag. Bei knapp 35 Mio. ausgegebenen Aktien hat es vor dem Private Placement, was gerade gemacht wird, mal eine Bid-Order von 10 Mio. Stück gegeben und davon sind rund 3 Mio. bedient worden. Ich weiss, das ist alles normal

Also wer hier wen beleidigt sieht man an den Kommentaren - also da liegst Du ziemlich falsch. Mein Bankkonto tut hier nichts zur Sache. Gib einfach mal www.mastercar.de ein und schau wo Du hinkommst. Ich war bei der Gründung dabei.

Da ich nicht wie sonst selbst das Management getroffen habe kann ich nur sagen ich habe gehört, kenne aber auch die richtigen Leute und bin im richtigen Land. Ihr könnt nur alles schlecht machen, bringt aber selbst keine Fakten.

Das alte Management war unfähig, hat sich mit 3 Liegenschaften verzettelt und nun will man 2 davon verkaufen bzw. diese in ein Joint Venture einbringen wenn möglich und sich auf ein Goldprojekt fokusieren. Ausserdem gehen sehr interessante Leute mit frischem Geld rein, u.a. jetzt bei dem Private Placement. Da ich es hier nicht aus erster Hand habe schreibe ich - auch wenn es für euch lächerlich klingt - ich habe gehört. Das Problem ist nur von wem man was gehört hat

Also lasst uns hier friedlich auskommen und bringt mal selbst Fakten und macht nicht alles schlecht.

Sehr schön, wie Du es mit den ausdruckstarken Smilies schaffst @Datteljongleur's ach so tiefgründigen Argumenten noch eins drauf zu setzen. Darf ich es auch einmal probieren? Oh, toll - jetzt kann ich wohl davon ausgehen, dass Du alles rund um North Atlantic Res verstanden hast!!!

Aber nun zu einigen Fakten!

WW beschreibt in seiner Februarausgabe 2010 6 Gründe, warum man erste Positionen bei NAR aufbauen sollte:
- mehrere Goldfunde, bereits eine Kalkulation
- alle Projekte liegen im minenfreundlichen Mali
- Management will nach Ruhepause jetzt wieder Gas geben
- Management hält mindestens 10% der ASktien, weitere Prozente sind kürzlich in feste Hände übergegangen
- geringe Marktkapitalisierung von gerade einmal 5 Mio.CAD
- viele neue Nachrichten in den kommenden Wochen und Monaten

Risiken:
Kleines Unternehmen, relativ leere Kassen,
starker Vertrauensverlust, durchaus erhöhtes Risiko.

Dagegen steht, dass die Firma gerade einmal 3,5 Mio EUR noch wert ist. - und das bei einer bereits klassifizierten Goldlagerstätte, ohne großartiges Länderrisiko, kaum infrastrukturelle Herausforderungen und neben den Minen von Randgold und IAMGold. Was will man mehr???

Fazit:
Warum gerade jetzt (den grandios unterbewerteten Goldexplorer kaufen) und nicht noch abwarten? Weil sich gerade jetzt etwas im Eigentümerkreist tut! Nach meinen Informationen dürfte hier die Ruhe demnächst vorbei sein. - und die Bewertung wieder in adäquatere Regionenen vorstossen...

Soweit einige Auszüge aus der interessanten Analyse von WW. Also wer sich der Risiken bewußt ist, hat hier die Möglichkeit, ein aussichtsreiches Investment einzugehen, dass sich in 2010 verdoppeln kann.

Es gibt ein Update vom ex WW Redakteur, der jetzt unter Travel Trader arbeitet. Ich verfolge diesen Redakteur schon seit Jahren.
Meiner Erfahrung nach liegt er meißt "goldrichtig" mit seinen "Tips".
Nachdem das NAC seit seienr Empfehlung schon 100% gemacht hat, empfielt er heute, nochmal nachzulegen. Kurzfristiges Kursziel 0,50 CAD.
Die Gesellschaft wird eine größere PR Aktion drüben starten um einen größeren Anlegerkreis auf sich aufmerksam zu machen.
Da kommt nach 2 Jahren Stillstand wieder Leben rein.

Nach dem Update gehe ich aber davon aus, dass sich da noch einiges tut, wenn die nicht genauso blöd drangehen wie die Vorgänger.

Schau Dir jetzt einfach mal den Kurs der Aktie mit dem Projekt in Mali an. Klar kann ein Kurs auch wieder runtergehen, aber ich hab geschrieben als man bei 0,15 CAD über das PP reingekommen wäre bzw. 0,16 oder 0,17 CAD an der Börse und jetzt ist der Kurs bei 0,31 CAD.

aus Deinem Link gehen derzeit ca. 67,97 Mio Aktien hervor (und nicht ca. 48 Mio, wie früher behauptet), MK = ca. 19 Mio Can. $. Für 241.000 Unzen Resourcen mit mageren a 0,95gr./Tonne nicht gerade billig, wenn man mal 100 $/Unze für W-Afrika ansetzt. Ob das Gebiet politisch stabil ist ? nun, für die nächsten 4 Wochen sicherlich. Aber was ist in 4 Jahren ?

NORTH ATLANTIC RESOURCES ENGAGES INVESTOR RELATIONS CONSULTANTS

North Atlantic Resources Ltd. has retained National Media Associates, a Florida-based investor relations firm, and IR-World.com Finanzkommunikation GMBH, an investor relations firm based in Buchkirchen, Austria, to conduct investor relations services. The company has also signed on as a sponsor of Streetwise Reports with the Gold Report.

North Atlantic's president, Scott Waldie, commented: "With expected successful drilling on the horizon, a new pro-active approach to investor relations will showcase the company's overlooked value and future potential to the investment community. The first phase of reverse-circulation (RC) drilling since 2006 on our flagship FT gold property is expected to commence next week. This 6,000-metre RC drill program is designed to outline near-surface oxide-gold mineralization and test drill targets adjacent to the existing resource. Meanwhile, North Atlantic continues to explore our pipeline of other developing gold discoveries in the Republic of Mali, West Africa."

National Media Associates

The consulting agreement for investor relations services to be provided by National Media Associates is for a fixed term of one year. Services may be terminated after six months at the company's option. The agreement compensates National Media with fees of $8,000 (U.S.) per month plus reimbursement of applicable disbursements. North Atlantic has also granted to a principal of National Media an incentive stock option to buy 250,000 shares of North Atlantic at a price of 25.5 cents per share. The term of the option shall be for a period ending on the earlier of: (i) April 16, 2013; and (ii) one year after the termination date of the National Media consulting agreement. The grant of the options is conditional upon shareholders of the company approving an increase in the maximum number of shares issuable pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The option shall vest as to 62,500 common shares on the date on which shareholders approve the increase of the stock option plan, and as to an additional 62,500 common shares on each of the dates which are three, six and nine months following the date of grant.

IR-World

The consulting agreement for investor relations services to be provided by IR-World is for a term of eight months. Services may be terminated at the end of each quarter or with three months notice from the company. IR-World fees are based upon translation, awareness campaign and mailing distribution charges, and are payable as to $23,000 for the first four months and $23,000 for the remaining four months. No options or other securities of North Atlantic have been issued in connection with the investor relations arrangement with IR-World.

The Gold Report

The company has agreed to become a sponsor of the Streetwise Reports for the Gold Report for a minimum 90-day term at a cost of $5,250 (U.S.) per 90-day term. No options or other securities of North Atlantic have been issued in connection with the sponsorship.

Schau dir mal das Chartbild an wie sich der Kurs die letzten Wochen gehalten hat, das ist nicht selbstverständlich in dem allgemeinem Umfeld derzeit.

Es sind ja einige nicht ganz arme Leute schon eingestiegen, d.h. deren eigene Nachfrage kann den Kurs steigen lassen, und/oder dass andere erfahren, dass diese Leute eingestiegen sind kann dazu führen, da man deren Erfolgsstorys aus der Vergangenheit kennt und auch bei einer aktuellen mal dabei sein will und/oder, dass es was Positives zu berichten gibt. (NAC:TSX-V) ("North Atlantic" or "the Company") is pleased to announce drill results from approximately 1,100 metres of drilling from the ongoing reverse circulation (RC) drill program at its 100% owned FT Gold Project ("FT") in Southern Mali. The reported holes are from two significant areas where gaps existed in the previous drilling and resource models.



The FT project is the Company's most advanced gold discovery with an initial NI 43‐101 compliant resource calculation of 7,880,000 tonnes at a grade of 0.95 grams per tonne for 241,000 ounces of gold in the indicated category and 10,550,000 tonnes at a grade of 1.05 grams gold per tonne for 353,000 ounces of gold of inferred category. Property‐wide exploration is currently underway at the FT project, and will consist of 6,000 metres of reverse circulation drilling ("RC"), auger drilling, and termite mound geochemical sampling.





HIGHLIGHTS



Of particular note are the results from the "Village Gap" that include:



• 44 metres at 1.95 gpt Au in hole 10FLRC-06 that also included 12 metres at 2.13 gpt Au, 6 metres at 7.48 gpt Au and 4 metres at 1.74 gpt Au,

• 72 metres at 1.38 gpt Au in hole 10FLRC-07 that also included 32 metres at 2.65 gpt Au,

• 50 metres at 1.43 gpt Au in hole 10FLRC-08 that also included 8 metres at 7.10 gpt Au and

• 26 metres at 4.35 gpt Au in hole 10FLRC-12A that also included 12 metres at 8.99 gpt Au



In addition to the "Village Gap", the second major area, the "Plantation Gap", returned the following highlights:



• 32 metres at 0.48 gpt Au in hole 10TKRC-01 that included 2 metres at 1.52 gpt Au and a second 10 metres at 1.05 gpt Au that included 2 metres at 4.22 gpt Au,

• 36 metres at 0.61 gpt Au in hole 10TKRC-04 that included 4 metres at 3.61 gpt Au



Results from the Village Gap area cover approximately 600 metres of strike infill drilling within the FT resource model. RC drilling in the Plantation Gap area covers approximately 700 metres of strike infill drilling within the FT resource model. The drilling represents near surface mineralization to a maximum vertical depth of approximately 75 metres. These results include oxide material from 35 to 40 metres vertical depth, and transition zone and sulphide material below approximately 40 metres. All drill hole inclinations are between -55 and -70 degrees and true width of the mineralization is 50% to 75% of the reported drill intercept depending on the drill angle. All assays results are reported as uncut values.



The results from this drilling program demonstrate the robust nature of the gold mineralization at FT. A core of higher grade gold mineralization also includes a broad zone of gold enrichment of up to 50 metres of core length (approximately 30 metres true width). This geometry should lend itself to flexible grade control and pit design for preliminary economic assessment at FT. This assay data will be incorporated into the existing North Atlantic database and used to plan the next phase of what is expected to be a combined RC and diamond drill program at FT in Q4 of 2010.



This drilling completes Phase 1 of 4 stages of a 6,000 metre drill program at FT. Phase 1 consisted of infill drilling to test gaps in the deposit model at FT. Phase 2 is designed to test Northwest and Southeast strike extensions of the FT deposit with a series of broadly spaced RC holes. Phase 3 is designed to test gold in soil anomalies which are parallel to sub parallel to the FT resource area. Phase 4 is reserved to test new targets developed form termite mound or auger drilling. The results from the ongoing drilling will be released within the next quarter.



Scott Waldie, President and CEO of North Atlantic said, "We are very encouraged by the results from the infill drilling at FT. These results indicate the potential for a considerable increase in resource grade and tonnage. From this drilling there is now significantly improved continuity from section to section in the higher-grade areas of the Village Gap and the Plantation Gap. These results now definitively link the northern half of the FT deposit with the southern portion which includes the Village Gap area. All of these attributes will contribute to improving the project economics as we work toward preliminary assessment of the economic potential at FT."



In the tables below intersections are calculated down the drill holes using both a 0.1 gram per tonne (gpt) assay cut-off and a 0.4 gpt assay cut-off. The differing cut-off grades were selected to demonstrate the wide continuity of the mineralization and to reflect the potential bulk mining of the entire zone at a 0.1gpt cut-off. The 0.40 gpt cut-off table intersections demonstrate the higher grade continuity of the mineralization and reflect the potential for higher grade bulk mining potential of selected zones.

To ensure reliable sample results North Atlantic has a rigorous QA/QC program in place that monitors the chain-of-custody of samples and includes the insertion of blanks, duplicates, and certified reference standards in each batch of samples. Sample preparation (crushing and pulverizing) is performed at an independent local laboratory. North Atlantic Resources Ltd. is proposing to complete an equity private placement to raise proceeds of up to $1.96-million. The private placement consists of a maximum of seven million units to be issued at a price of 28 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of 40 cents per common share for a period of 12 months following the closing date of the private placement. Leider hatte ich damals nicht das Geld um einzusteigen und hab nur den Thread eröffnet, aber da sind ja namhafte Leute eingestiegen und ich wurde eben ausgelacht. Hab von den beiden Typen aber nie eine Antwort bekommen als ich die mal angeschrieben habe.....

Gegen kritische Fakten hätte ich ja nichts gehabt, das ist ja, wenn es als konstruktive Kritik rübergebracht wird sogar hilfreich um selbst seine Meinung zu überdenken....

Ich gönne Dir aber den Profit, bei 0,15 CAD, wenn ich es damals machen hätte können, wäre es natürlich schon sehr gut gewesen, aber wenn das Wörtchen wenn nicht wäre......

Ach so, du bist garnicht eingestiegen
Das dürfte jetzt bitter sein.

Ich bin bei 0,20 C$ mit einer kleinen und dann bei 0,25 C$ mit einer größeren posi eingestiegen.
Und wie gesagt lass andere einfach reden, es wird immer nur Dumm daher geredet solange sich nichts bewegt.

Man sollte sich eines vor Augen halten, Rohstoffe werden knapp, nicht alle gleich schnell aber sie werden knapp.
Die Preise werden in jedem bereich steigen, bei den einen mehr bei den anderen weniger.
Man kann es wie eine Inflation sehen die unausweichlich ist.

Ich Persönlich sehe da zwei starke Bereiche,
Edelmetalle und SE.

Ich gehe auch von einem starken Anstieg bei Mangan aus. Mangan wird mit über 90 % in der Stahlindustrie verbraucht und wie sehr Eisenerz von den aufstrebenden Ländern gebraucht wird sollte auch jedem bekannt sein, angeführt China. In Mangan hab ich mich schon ordentlich breitgemacht.

Ja das schmerzt schon, wenn man da nicht dabei ist und zumindest mit einem kleinen Betrag wäre ich reingegangen. Jetzt sagt natürlich jeder wenn und aber. Aber da könnte ich Bücher schreiben über Glück und Pech und deffinitiv schon getätigte Geschäfte, unterschrieben, gegengezeichnet, abgebucht und dann kommt eine externe Fehlerkette inkl. noch dem Unvermögen und dem unverschämten auftreten vom Finanzamt und einige 100.000 sind nicht gewonnen.
