@heizi: mann, der Waterboys song rockt ja wie der teufel – hatte ich gar nicht mehr in erinnerung das dingen, obwohl ich den rockpalast damals natürlich auch gesehen hab...

...die letzten 2 wochen hat die goldene oktobersonne sich ja nahezu ununterbrochen die ehre gegeben, was ich bei meinen waldausflügen reiflich genossen habe – aber man merkt doch auch von tag zu tag, dass ihr immer mehr die kraft ausgeht und die kälte schnell am abend die oberhand gewinnt... das bringt dann schon mal nachdenkliche gedankengänge zustande, wenn man so vor sich hin philosophiert und das mit dem menschlichen dasein vergleicht und einem bewusst wird, dass auch die kraft des menschen nicht ewig reicht und was das wohl für ein gefühl sein mag, wenn man täglich ums überleben kämpfen muss, aber dann irgendwann die kraft einfach nicht mehr ausreicht, um den motor am laufen zu halten – in dem fall hat es die sonne auf jeden fall leichter als wir menschen – die wird dann spätestens in einem halben jahr wieder kraftvoll da sein – oder wie auch schon die weisheit der Stranglers lautete – „There’s always the sun“...:

hach, ich bin gerade so in gönnerhafter stimmung. deshalb soll der eben erwähnte john mellencamp auch mal in unserer kleinen "hall of fame" erwähnt werden. mellencamp ist ja sowas wie der friedbert pflüger der rockmusik, immer der zweite mann und nie der ganz große hotshot - deshalb sein spitzname: "wenn ich groß bin, werde ich auch mal bruce springsteen"
