2) Monarch America, Inc. (Monarch) has been established to provide safety, consistency, quality and brand awareness to the public, via regulatory allowed licensing, branding and lease agreement contracts with HBH Industries. Monarch's core competency will be to sell Monarch branded marijuana, manage and supply medical and recreational retail outlets (dispensaries), and to develop and sell a proprietary line of food and beverage, personal care, soil amendment, and marijuana cultivation and personal use accessory products under the brand name and trademark MONARCH™.

3) REM International (REM) provides on-the-ground international sourcing, proprietary product development, manufacturing and logistics solutions for Monarch's proposed grow store outlets and future retail (dispensary) facilities, including cultivation enhancement and accessory products, lighting, filtration, soil amendment and nutrients products, plastic composite molding, and end-user retail accessories. 

4) R.E.M. BEVERAGES was created to design, develop and manufacture a proprietary line of marijuana infused beverage products, including energy drinks, non-alcoholic beers, and coffee infused beverages to be made available in the future to 450+ dispensaries throughout Colorado. REM has also been tasked to explore opportunities within the "virgin" hemp (non-THC) infused products industry and to develop products which may potentially be sold in all other states as an extension of the MONARCH™ brand. The strategy would be to create brand awareness nationwide, while awaiting additional states to legalize medical and recreational marijuana.
