Spin Master Announces Secondary Offering of Approximately C$150 Million - Seite 2

Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about May 24, 2017 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals. The subordinate voting shares will be offered in each of the provinces of Canada under a prospectus supplement to a short form base shelf prospectus that was filed on April 28, 2017.
