Precious Investments, Inc., Completes Name Change and Corporate Changes

Cannagistics, Inc. (OTCBB Markets “CNGT”) (the “Company” or “Cannagistics”), announces the completion, as of May 17, 2019, of the change of the corporate name from Precious Investments, Inc., to Cannagistics, Inc. FINRA assigned a new stock symbol, that being: “CNGT” to the Company.

Cannagistics currently operates of Global3pl, Inc., (formerly known as KRG Logistics, Inc.) which is a third-party logistics provider, providing inventory management, transport, International Freight Forwarding, and Customs House Brokerage, in addition to “Just In Time” inventory management, forward and reverse last mile delivery, plus all modes of ground, air and ocean freight.

Cannagistics is also positioning itself to be a Canadian based cannabis-related logistics company aimed at streamlining the fragmented cannabis marketplace. We will be the first Canadian company to obtain our own bonded warehouse license for cannabis, -- and are currently developing the most robust supply chain technology platform specifically for the cannabis industry. The complete supply chain management of the emerging cannabis extract product industry, including blockchain-verified compliance and documentation, ISO certified purity testing, and (through Global3pl), inventory, transport and international clearances.

We are also pleased to announce that Prof. Peter J. Murphy has joined as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO. Mr. Murphy has an MBA (University of Toronto); served as Trade Ambassador for the Province of Ontario in the State of Georgia, and surrounding states (USA), with an extensive background in operations management and marketing. He also serves as Vice –Chair of the Board of Governors of NWC [as part of a major European University along with Global leaders in Government, Industry and Medicine].
