    The ATOSS Software share price has declined significantly since hitting an all-time high at EUR 226.00 in mid-December. In our view, the stock now has reached a fair price level. In the long run, we believe that ATOSS will benefit from the transition from traditional licensing to a SaaS-model, as this provides a higher visibility in terms of recurring revenues, and ultimately in cash flows. At current levels, this is adequately reflected in the share price. We upgrade to HOLD and confirm our PT of EUR 150.00.
