Together we change the world
Employee satisfaction and skills are essential for ENCAVIS. In these areas, the Company was able to become more diverse in 2022. A consistently high Employee Net Promoter Score greater than eight out of ten shows that ENCAVIS is an attractive employer.
Sustainable success only comes with responsibility
Within the governance dimension ENCAVIS prioritised the professionalising of its compliance management system. Internally, the Company focused on extensive compliance training for all employees.
"Since our first sustainability report for 2020, we have achieved many of the goals we set ourselves and learned a lot in the process. Above all, one thing has become clear to us: For all our efforts, there is always more that can be done, and there must always be more. Resting is not an option. Our future goals, as outlined in our Sustainability Journey Report, remain ambitious," says Dr Christoph Husmann, Spokesman of the Executive Board and CFO of Encavis AG, supporting the Group's ongoing focus on sustainable development.
Encavis AG's sustainability reports have been prepared based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and are aligned with the reporting standards of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG) and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN).
