Hubbell Declares Quarterly Dividend Payment

SHELTON, CT.  (April 18, 2014) - The Board of Directors of Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE:  HUBA, HUBB) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 13, 2014 to shareholders of record on May 30, 2014.
