    TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 19, 2015) - Visual product search platform Slyce Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SLC) ("Slyce") acknowledges the announcement made on November 18, 2015 by Quest Ventures ("Quest") of its intention to make an unsolicited bid (the "Proposal") for all of the issued and outstanding shares of Slyce at $0.85 per share.

    Slyce wishes to inform that it had no prior engagement or discussions of any kind with Quest nor had it received any communications of any kind from Quest regarding the Proposal prior to the announcement.

    If an actual offer is made by Quest, the Board of Directors of Slyce (the "Board") will consider alternatives and make a recommendation consistent with its fiduciary duties and in consultation with its legal and financial advisors.

    In the interim, the Board advises shareholders not to take any action with respect to Quest's proposal until further information is conveyed from the Board.

    Management of Slyce believes in the Company's business plan - offering its visual search technology for mobile commerce to leading retailers and mobile applications in exchange for recurring software licensing and servicing fees.
