windeln.de initiates consultation process on the discontinuation of the Bebitus business - Seite 2

With the announcement to initiate the consultation process, windeln.de publishes the preliminary segment figures of the Bebitus segment for the third quarter of 2021. In the first nine months of 2021, revenues of the Bebitus business amounted to approx. EUR 1,671k, with a gross profit margin of approx. EUR 310k. Selling, general and administrative expenses, as well as other operating income and expenses, totaled approx. EUR -941k in the same period, and the adjusted EBIT was approx. EUR -608k. The adjustments totaled approx. EUR 22k and mainly include expenses related to the initiation of the consultation process. The unadjusted EBIT thus amounted to approx. EUR -630k.
