Due to the current economic events, in particular caused by the Corona pandemic, it was not possible for the issuer to obtain a refinancing of the aforementioned bond of Veragold Mining Company GmbH or to repay it from the proceeds.
The issuer therefore intends to invite the bondholders to a written vote, presumably in the period from October 24, 2022 to October 26, 2022, in order in particular to extend the maturity of the aforementioned bond to December 31, 2025, with the issuer being granted early termination rights.
