(OTC PINK:HPNN), today announced the appointment of Jeff Lerner, as its new Chief Marketing Officer.

    After spearheading impactful marketing initiatives for over two decades, Lerner has established himself as a marketing leader dedicated to guiding start-ups toward success. His extensive track record boasts over $500 million in marketing-driven revenue, three major acquisitions worth over $2 billion, and securing over $390 million in venture capital for nascent companies.

His contributions at Cricket Wireless resulted in tens of millions of dollars in annual eCommerce revenue and significantly reduced traffic acquisition costs before its acquisition by AT&T for $1.2 billion.

    Lerner's thought leadership extends to authorship, having penned "The Power of Relationships in Professional Growth," and he is a sought-after speaker at global marketing industry events and conferences. Joining Digitalage marks a new chapter in Lerner's illustrious career, where he will lead the company's marketing, branding, and influencer relationships. His primary areas of focus will include not only the Digitalage go-to-market strategy, but also the acquisition of new users to the platform, building relationships with content creators, expanding the reach of the platform through strategic partnerships, and soliciting user feedback to guide the future of the Digitalage suite of products.
