Austin Meier is a managing director with nearly 10 years of experience guiding healthcare organizations through large-scale process improvements, enterprisewide strategic road map development, and change management. Austin is a subject matter expert in the ambulatory enterprise and medical group space, focusing on access to care, clinic and physician operations, consumer strategy, and operating model redesign.

Austin Pilotte is a managing director with 10 years of experience working with healthcare organizations to improve performance, redesign operating models, and implement large-scale organizational change.
