Project Management Webinar on Developing Risk Response Strategies

Last May, Project Insight and CPC released "Techniques for Identifying and Assessing Risk," a fundamental project management webinar session dedicated to exploring and identifying project risks before it impacts projects. After developing an extensive list of risk events, it is time to learn how to prioritize risks and roll out an action plan.

What is an action plan? In this advanced project management series, a panel of experienced project management professionals (PMPs) will share and discuss the most effective action plans to implement before risk happens and how to develop a positive response if risk has already occurred. The objective of this webinar is to:

• Illustrate how response plans change risk ranking
