asknet. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a project manager and
solutions architect for distributed web applications and international
e-commerce solutions. Kienzle was responsible most recently for the
Professional Services division at IntelliShop AG.

asknet AG laid much of its strategic groundwork already at the beginning of
the year when it divided the company into three business units: Digital
Goods, Physical Goods and Academics. This decision has resulted in greater
focus, and each part of the company is now in a position to act with the
greatest possible leeway when it comes to sales activities.
