Sberbank: Sberbank Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders - Seite 2

The Meeting approved changes to the Articles of Association of the Bank,
the amount of remuneration for the Supervisory Board's members, introduced
changes to the Regulations on remunerations and compensations paid to
members of the Supervisory Board, and approved the agreement for the
liability insurance of the Supervisory Board's members, members of the
executive bodies and other persons in accordance with the insurance
contract as an interested-party transaction.
