SINNERSCHRADER CLOSES 2015/2016 FINANCIAL YEAR WITH RECORD FIGURES / PROVISIONAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS INDICATE NET INCOME OF MORE THAN 3 MILLION EUROS / FINANCIAL DIRECTOR THOMAS DYCKHOFF APPOINTED FOR A FURTHER FIVE YEARS - Seite 2

SinnerSchrader won an international pitch encompassing several stages for
the worldwide Audi digital lead agency budget. Work for the car
manufacturer started in mid July 2016. In the financial year 2015/2016,
SinnerSchrader, thanks to its mobile and content expertise, further
convinced Hamburger Sparkasse (Haspa), Germany's largest savings bank, with
a strategy for a new digital service and won the implementation project for
the new financial year 2016/2017.

On 31 August 2016 there were 505 employees in the SinnerSchrader Group. In
comparison to the numbers on the balance sheet date of the previous year,
the number of employees had thus hardly changed, despite giving up the NEXT
AUDIENCE business unit.

As part of dealing with the provisional figures for the Consolidated
Financial Statements, the Supervisory Board appointed Thomas Dyckhoff,
Finance Director of SinnerSchrader AG, to the Management Board for a
further five years.

The final, audited Consolidated Financial Statements for 2015/2016 will be
published on 21 November 2016, together with a forecast for the new
financial year of 2016/2017 and a dividend proposal for the Annual General
Meeting.
