Die Angebotsfrist beginnt am 7. März 2017 und endet am 10. April 2017 um 16:00 Uhr MESZ. Die UBS AG wurde von AEVIS mit der Durchführung des Übernahmeangebots beauftragt.

Als Teil des öffentlichen Übernahmeangebots wird AEVIS die Jahresresultate 2016 am 27. März 2017 publizieren.
