Issuance of Tier 2 bond

SpareBank 1 SMN has today issued a 12NC7 NOK 250 million Tier 2 bond with a floating rate coupon equal to 3 months NIBOR + 1.45 percentage points. Settlement date 27 September 2017.

The bank has bought NOK 34 million in T2 NO0010667819 at 100.50 with Settlement date 27 September 2017.

The issue will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.
