Hyatt Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) today announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.19 per share of Class A common stock and Class B common stock for the second quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable on June 10, 2019 to stockholders of record as of May 29, 2019.
