Rentschler Biopharma SE appoints Diana Wiedmann as Senior Vice President Human Relations - Seite 2

During the course of the year, the HR team was further strengthened by Sabine Lotz, Vice President Human Relations, and Silke Stang, Head of Academy. Sabine Lotz has been with Rentschler Biopharma since April 2019 and, in March 2020, took on responsibility for the entire spectrum of operational HR work for the Laupheim location as Vice President HR. Her focus is on recruiting, the optimization and digitization of existing processes and structures as well as the continuous transformation of the HR team towards a strategic partner for all areas of the company.
The Rentschler Academy plays an integral part in preparing employees worldwide for the steady growth of Rentschler Biopharma, providing them with the best possible qualifications. Since March 2020, Silke Stang, an experienced manager in the area of employee qualification and training, has led the Academy. She will establish an international and future-oriented training academy, thereby promoting skill development and lifelong learning at all Rentschler locations.

In October 2020, for the third time in a row, the Company was named one of "Germany's most attractive employers" by the F.A.Z. Institute. After two years in second place, Rentschler Biopharma made it to the top in the biopharma category this year.
