SoftwareONE acquires ITPC, a European pioneer for SAP cloud solutions - Seite 2

Vincenzo and Biagio Boesch, founders of ITPC, will join SoftwareONE's global SAP services practice in leadership roles. Together with their team, they will be mainly focused to strengthen SoftwareONE's SAP-related services in the DACH region.

No financial details or transaction terms have been disclosed. The closing of the transaction was on 1 March 2021.
