The planned withdrawal affects employees at the central site in Chur, as well as other offices, yards and storage locations in Davos, Zernez, St. Moritz and Sils. Employees were told today about the start of the consultation procedure and the next steps in the process. The consultation, to be concluded by 31.05.2021, includes the submission and analysis of proposals and the announcement of results to employees.

Implenia will use the consultation to try to find good solutions for the approximately 150 employees, including continued employment at Implenia or transfer to a new employer. Where redundancies are unavoidable, a social plan, which is now being drawn up, will come into play. Ongoing projects will either be completed by Implenia or passed on to a partner company in the region.
