Reviv3 Procare Announces Dealership Agreement with Safeware for AXIL’s Suite of Hearing Protection and Enhancement Products

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reviv3 Procare Company (“Reviv3” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: RVIV), an emerging global consumer products company, entered into the Company’s standard dealer agreement (“Agreement”) with Safeware, Inc. for sales of AXIL hearing protection and enhancement products.

Under the Agreement, Safeware became an authorized dealer of AXIL’s suite of hearing protection and enhancement products (“AXIL Products”) and has the non-exclusive right to make retail sales of the AXIL Products across its national sales and customer support network. The AXIL Products available for retail sales under the Agreement include, but are not limited to, GS Extreme 2.0 and XCOR digital hearing protection earbuds, the AXIL Trackr ear muff series, and XP Reactor and XP Defender mechanical ear plug series.
