Siltronic Forecasts 2024 Financials, Proposes €1.20 Dividend for 2023

• Siltronic AG announces guidance for the financial year 2024 and a dividend proposal of EUR 1.20 for the financial year 2023.
• Due to weak demand and elevated customer inventories, sales are expected to be in the region of the previous year with stable average selling prices.
• EBITDA margin, before ramp costs, is also expected to be in the region of the previous year, but ramp costs for the new 300 mm fab in Singapore will impact the EBITDA margin by up to 3 percentage points.
• Depreciation and amortization will almost double compared to the previous year, leading to a significant decline in EBIT.
