Klövern acquires properties in Gothenburg area for SEK 79 million

Klövern has acquired two office properties in Gothenburg area for SEK 79 million.

The office properties are situated in Mölndal and Partille, respectively, and have a total lettable area of around 9,800 sq.m.

Transfer of possession will be on 5 December.
