Ad-hoc announcement pursuant to § 15 WpHG

New CEO of GERRY WEBER International AG

(Halle/Westphalia, 22 January 2015) At its upcoming meeting on 24 February,
the Supervisory Board of GERRY WEBER International AG will appoint Ralf
Weber as Chairman of the Managing Board (CEO) with effect from 25 February
2015. This has been agreed by the shareholder representatives on the
tripartite Supervisory Board. Managing Board member Ralf Weber has already
been responsible for Sales and Corporate Development. This includes
responsibility for the national and international business with retailers
(Wholesale segment) and with final consumers (Retail segment). In addition,
he will serve as a contact for the capital market, the media and all other
stakeholders.

The incumbent Speaker of the Managing Board, Dr. David Frink, will give up
this post and continue to focus on Finance, Logistics, IT, Administration
and Human Resources. The position of the third Managing Board member, Arnd
Buchardt, will remain unchanged. He is in charge of Products, Brands and
Licenses.
