Cooperation with Privilege Marine

Public disclosure of inside information according to article 17 MAR

Greifswald (pta005/19.05.2017/06:40) - 19 May 2017 - HanseYachts AG (ISIN: DE000A0KF6M8) will in future market the products of French yacht manufacturer Privilège Marine SAS, headquartered in Les Sables d'Olonne, France, via its worldwide sales network.

At the same time the majority shareholder of HanseYachts AG, AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA ("AURELIUS"), will take over a majority of the stock in Privilège Marine SAS.

Privilège Marine SAS produces and markets sailing catamarans under the PRIVILEGE brand and motoryacht catamarans of the EUPHORIE brand in lengths from 50 to 74 feet.

HanseYachts AG will also make its purchasing expertise as well as its production and development experience available to the management von Privilège Marine SAS as needed. HanseYachts AG expects to realise significant, additional revenues through this operative cooperation. It also intends to acquire the PRIVILEGE brand from Privilège Marine SAS as well as to conclude a grant back contract for this brand, by which HanseYachts AG will realise additional revenues.
