TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - June 28, 2017) - Difference Capital Financial Inc. ("DCF" or the "Company") (TSX: DCF) (TSX: DCF.DB) reported the results of its Annual Meeting of the Company's shareholders (the "Shareholders") held in Toronto, Ontario on June 28, 2017 (the "Meeting"). DCF is pleased to announce that all resolutions put forward in the Management Information Circular dated May 30, 2017 (the "Circular") to Shareholders were approved.

At the Meeting, each of the following five nominees proposed by management, including Mr. Corey Delaney, who was nominated by Company management proxy holders in place of Mr. Jason Marks as disclosed in the Company's press release dated June 23, 2017, was elected as a director of DCF:
