On November 8, 2018, Mr. Joël Séché contributed to Groupe Séché– the family holding company that controls Séché Environnement (Paris:SCHP)– 402,399 Séché Environnement shares that he owned directly.
Following this transaction, Groupe Séché now holds (i) 50.00% of the capital of Séché Environnement and (ii) 58.81% of the voting rights.
