TEGNA Board of Directors Sets Date for 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

TEGNA Inc. (NYSE: TGNA) today announced that the 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 25, 2019 at 10 a.m. (ET) at the Boro Station Conference Center, 1785 Greensboro State Place, McLean, VA 22102.

Shareholders of record on February 25, 2019 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
