and number of shares forming the capital
as of November 30, 2019

As of November 30, 2019, the total number of issued shares of SOCIÉTÉ BIC is 46,010,907 shares, representing:
-                     67,555,713 voting rights,
-                     66,539,151 voting rights excluding shares without voting rights
