    Several recent developments provide support for Photon Energy’s investment case. The company reported strong production figures for May at 35% yoy growth. The pricing environment also remains very favorable, with momentum especially in Hungary, where prices more than doubled yoy in May and continued strong into June, and Australia, where strong demand and supply bottlenecks led to skyrocketing prices, even forcing the regulator to introduce a price cap in June (but at a level still very comfortable for Photon Energy). Combined with the initiated capacity expansion in Romania, Photon Energy is well on track to meet 22E guidance and AlsterResearch estimates, with even some upside if prices consolidate on current levels. We reiterate to BUY with PT EUR 4.10.
