Hemp, Inc. Reports  137  0 Kommentare Hemp Recognized as Specialty Crop with US Department of Agriculture

LAS VEGAS, NV, July 11, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

via NewMediaWire - Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) reports today hemp is finally getting the recognition it deserves as a valuable commodity on the federal level. In a bold, significant move, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agriculture Service, retitled one of its Agricultural Technical Advisory Committees (ATACs) to include “hemp”. Sources cited it as a “prominent” way to “feature the plant among specialty crops” because it indicates the growing recognition of hemp’s value.  The new ATAC name that incorporates hemp is Tobacco, Cotton, Peanuts, and Hemp. This was part of the Agency’s action of rechartering and continuation of requests for nominations.

According to the Federal Register’s summary of this Agency action, “the Secretary of Agriculture (Secretary), in coordination with the United States Trade Representative (Trade Representative or USTR), intends to renew the Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee (APAC) and the related Agricultural Technical Advisory Committees (ATACs) for Trade to provide detailed policy and technical advice, information, and recommendations regarding trade barriers, negotiation of trade agreements, and implementation of existing trade agreements affecting food and agricultural products, including the performance of other advisory functions relevant to U.S. agricultural trade policy matters.” To read the full summary of this action, click here.

With a prominent presence on a federal level, Hemp, Inc. executives believe this will create more lucrative opportunities for companies with a strong foothold in the industrial hemp market. Hemp, Inc. is one of the pioneers in the hemp industry, and its foothold runs 14 years deep. The Company has the capability to make and/or provide the raw materials to produce hempcrete, horse bedding, hemp bio-plastics, and more.

Hemp, Inc. also discovered its grounded kenaf hemp blend makes the perfect substrate to grow healthy and/or medicinal mushrooms. Both of these are gaining unprecedented, meteoric growth curves and trending on an international scale.  Samples of the product have already been sent to three different mushroom companies, as reported in last week’s press release

Moreover, the new CBD products on its website www.KingOfHempUSA.com is making it a banner year for the company. It’s a stellar lineup of CBD/CBG/CBN products that includes a CBD-CBG Topical Pain Relief Roll-on (an impressive, THC-free 1,460mg of CBD and 630mg of CBG for a whopping total of 2,090mg of cannabinoids in 5ml); CBD/CBG Natural Coffee Enhancers; CBD/CBG Tinctures; and CBDa/CBGa/CBD/CBG/CBN Capsules.
