The proceeds from these sales will be utilized for strategic acquisitions, with a particular focus on Arizona expansion into testing facilities and buildout of a cGMP certified kitchen to produce CPGs under HEMP BioSciences Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of WEED Inc. based in Tucson, Arizona USA.
