(Nasdaq: CNTG), the essential life science partner for data-driven answers in rare and neurodegenerative diseases, today announced the voting results of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting. All voting items on the agenda, which included the adoption of Dutch statutory annual accounts for the financial year ended December 31, 2022, were passed by the requisite majority.
