Share capital increase following the exercise of stock options

The Board of Directors during its meeting of February 19^th, 2024 noted that from September 1^st, 2023 to December 31^st, 2023, 76 027 new shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each have been issued following the exercise of stock options.

As a consequence, the Company’s new share capital, which takes immediate effect, amounts to

2,884,842,279.00 euros

divided into 524,516,778 fully paid-up shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each.
