(including its wholly owned subsidiaries, the “Company” or "RAMM") (CSE: RAMM), is pleased to advise its shareholders that in accordance with its previously announced strategy of diversifying its product portfolio, in order to reduce its exposure to the strictly regulated environment of Cannabis-based products, it has launched the formulation and production of a full line of botanical-derived food supplements, through its subsidiary Hempoland Sp Zoo (“Hempoland”) under its Marishanti brand.

The Company expresses its recognition and thanks to the R&D, Quality and Production teams of Hempoland for their commitment and ongoing professional excellence.

Hempoland has successfully filed notification to the Competent Regulatory Authority for the first phase of its health supportive portfolio and has commenced sales in the EU with a view to international expansion including its online presence.
