Christian Ulbrich (48) is CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle EMEA (Europe, Middle
East and Africa). He is also a member of the Executive Board of Jones Lang
LaSalle Inc., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Ulbrich has
an outstanding level of expert knowledge and a broad network within the
German and global real estate industry and its capital markets.

Upon their legal appointment, the new Supervisory Board members follow
Robert Nicolas Barr, Arjan Breure, Fraser Duncan and Tim Pryce, who will
step down from office as representatives of the former major shareholder,
Terra Firma, on August 20, 2014. Dr Bernotat concluded: 'I would like to
thank the representatives of Terra Firma for their active support in recent
months as well as for their contribution to the expansion and growth of the
company.'
