Change in the Supervisory Board of CompuGroup Medical AG
René Obermann has been selected to succeed Professor Rolf Hinz in the
Supervisory Board.

Koblenz, January 16, 2015:
On January 16, 2015, the Supervisory Board of CompuGroup Medical AG decided
to suggest Mr. René Obermann as the successor for Professor Dr. Rolf Hinz
at CompuGroup Medical AG's Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place
on May 20, 2015. Professor Rolf Hinz's resignation of his position in the
Supervisory Board shall take effect as of February 6th, 2015.

The Executive Board has filed a request to the District Court of Koblenz to
have Mr. Obermann appointed to the position for the period until the Annual
General Meeting in May of this year.
Professor Hinz has been a member of CompuGroup's Supervisory Board since
1993 without interruption. Dr. Klaus Esser, Chairman of the CompuGroup
Supervisory Board and Frank Gotthard, Chief Executive Officer, sincerely
thank Professor Hinz for his untiring and extremely successful commitment,
which have played a significant role in the CompuGroup Medical success
story for more than two decades.

René Obermann has long-standing experience as a member of other Supervisory
Boards, has served as the CEO of companies such as Deutsche Telekom AG and
Ziggo NV and is today a partner at Warburg Pincus, LLC. All of these
positions have equipped him with the best qualifications for this new task.

Both the Supervisory and Executive Boards are pleased to acquire a
candidate such as René Obermann for the Supervisory Board. With his
experience in the telecommunications and IT branches as well his innovative
business-driven focus, Mr. Obermann is ready to now actively contribute to
the positive development of CompuGroup.
