On 05 February 2015 FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, UK, fell

below the thresholds of 5 % of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable

AG, Am Patbergschen Dorn 9, 59929 Brilon, Germany. On that date, FIL

Investments International held 4.97 % (this corresponds to 877,069 Voting

Rights) of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG. All voting rights

in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG were attributed to FIL Investments

International pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting

rights were attributed to FIL Investments International from Fidelity Funds

SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting rights in

CENTROTEC Sustainable AG.

below the thresholds of 5 % of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable

Holdings (UK) Limited held 4.97 % (this corresponds to 877,069 Voting

Rights) of the voting rights in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG. All voting rights

in CENTROTEC Sustainable AG were attributed to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited

pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2

WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL Holdings (UK) Limited from

Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting
