Due to the expiry of the conditional share purchase- and contribution agreements
and syndicate agreement, San Gabriel, T.R., Mr Alexander Schütz, Mag. Thomas
Rieß, Laakman Holding Ltd, (currently holding 754,066 representing 17.28% in
C-QUADRAT pursuant to Sec 91 SEA), Hallmann Holding International Investment
GmbH
(currently holding 436,319 representing 9.99% in C-QUADRAT pursuant to Sec 91
SEA ), Q-CAP Holdings Ltd currently holding 100,657 representing 2.37% in
C-QUADRAT pursuant to Sec 91 SEA), Mr Carlo Michienzi (currently no direct
share-
holding C-QUADRAT), Mr. Matteo Pusineri (currently no direct shareholding
C-QUADRAT), Mr Kerry Mentasti-Granelli (currently no direct shareholding
C-QUADRAT), Mr. Klemens Hallmann (currently no direct shareholding C-QUADRAT)
and
Mr. Fritz Schweiger (currently no direct shareholding C-QUADRAT) are not deemed
to be parties acting in concert any longer with consequence that the mutual
attribution of shareholdings pursuant to Sec 91 Z 7 SEA does not apply any
longer.

Due to the obligation in section 91b para 1 SEA to aggregate all voting rights
within the meaning of sections 91 to 92 SEA the expiry of the agreements results
in a total holding pursuant to section 91 et seq. SEA:

Cubic according to Sec 91 SEA 1,227,649 / 28.14%, Sec 91a SEA 0 / 0%, Sec 92 Z 7
SEA 1,565,302 / 35.87%, aggregated 2,792,951 / 64.01%;

Alexander Schütz and San Gabriel according to Sec 91 SEA 684,161 / 15.68%, Sec
92 Z 1 und 4 SEA 2,108,790 / 48.33%, aggregated 2,792,951 / 64.01%;

Mag. Thomas Riess and T.R. according to Sec 91 SEA 881,141 / 20.19%, Sec 92 Z 1
und 4 SEA 1,911,810 / 43.82%, aggregated 2,792,951 / 64.01%.

San Gabriel, T.R., Alexander Schütz and Mag. Thomas Riess and Cubic thus fell
below the 90% and 75% threshold.
