Cologne, July 21, 2017. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Decheng Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A1YDDM9, WKN: A1YDDM), OOI Guan Hoe, has informed the Supervisory Board of the company that he will resign from the office of Chief Financial Officer. For reasons of family and for personal reasons, Mr OOI no longer sees himself in a position where he can perform the duties of Chief Financial Officer.

In coordination with the Supervisory Board, the CEO and founder of the company, Mr ZHU Xiaofang, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer effective immediately and he will be assisted by a new Director of Finance soon.
