Warrant bond 2009/2017 will be repaid early

Public disclosure of inside information according to article 17 MAR

Leverkusen (pta022/28.07.2017/11:30) - Biofrontera AG, Leverkusen (the "Company"), has issued the warrant bond of 2009/2017 with incremental interests rates (ISIN DE000A0Z1690, DE000A0Z17A1, DE000A0Z17B9) at a nominal value totaling up to EUR 10,000,000. According to the bond conditions, the bond terminates on 31 December 2017. The bond conditions entitle the company to return the bond to the lenders at 106 % of its nominal value at any time, following a respective announcement. The management has decided today to make use of the premature repayment right. The company will publish an accordant announcement in the German Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) in due term. The repayment is currently foreseen for 3 August 2017.
