Wasatch Core Growth Fund to Close to New Investors on December 5, 2018

Effective at the end of market trading (4:00 p.m. EST) on December 5, 2018, the Wasatch Core Growth Fund (WGROX/WIGRX) will be closed to new purchases, except purchases by new shareholders purchasing directly from Wasatch Funds, existing shareholders, and current and future clients purchasing through financial advisors and retirement plans with an established position in the Fund.
