    Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) said today that its Board of Directors declared the Company’s fourth quarter 2018 dividend, an increase to $0.7925 per share. The dividend is payable in cash on January 14, 2019 to stockholders of record on January 2, 2019. The dividend is the fourth quarterly installment of the Company’s 2018 annual dividend.
